My name is Edith and I came to London in 1965 when I was only eight years old from Guadeloupe to join my parents. Since then I have had my own family. I have five children from ages 17 to 30 and four of them are girls.
I was a nurse from the age of 18 and then I went into
sexual health.
I speak Patois and French.
What was your first job?
I was an Auxiliary nurse, then briefly
worked for a record company called SP&S, I then went back to nursing and from there I
began to work in sexual health.
Have you ever travelled, if so
where?
Yes I have, France, Malta, Holland, Germany
and Mombasa.
Who were your inspirations
growing up?
At fifteen I was inspired heavily by Bruce Lee, having seen his movie Big Boss, I began taking kung fu lessons and recieved my black belt 1st Dan. This enabled me to teach my own class of young children from ages five and up for several years.

What are your interests?
I love to read books, dance to all types of music and meet new people. Finding new ways to be at peace with the universe and discover the balance of life.
My passion is to work with people of all ages, particularly young people and help them to discover who they are and what their purpose is, no matter how diverse, and so becoming a life coach,conflict / change faciliator allowed me to do that, to reach out to people and take them on a journey of discovery. After I realised what I wanted to do and how I was going to go about doing it. Which was starting my own business, and in doing that it enabled me to work and connect with all kinds of people,discovering there strength and weakness,working with them to recognise there new skills and giving them them the right tools so that their development is sustainable. My business is called DWYA - Discover Who You Are.

I create an enviroment in which you can be totally stripped of your inhibitions and doubts, my job is to make you feel comfortable and encourage fearlessness in every individual who attends my workshops. Whether you want to be a plumber, writer or an entrepneur, your dreams, your fears and your secrets are safe with me. I'm not here to judge the person you are, I'm here to unlock the potential person you want to be. It's human nature to fear that, we are not good enough, that we cannot possibly achieve what we dream of, but I'm here to not only prove you wrong, but to expose your purpose to you and help set you on a path that can only lead to a better future.

It's a place we get to know each other before I ask you a few very basic, yet important questions about your life and where you want it go. As your lifecoach, it's my job to not only help you establish what your goal in life is, but to strip away all your excuses and set you on a path of self-discovery.
