Hi Everyone,
                   first let me begin by thanking  those of you who attended the workshop on the 31/11/13 which helped us to understand as women how connected we are, but at the same time experiencing and embracing differences.

 the reason for using lights, camera, actions is to show a certain pattern that can be followed in how we manage our life's pattern, and make what ever necessary changes that needs to be put in place. for instance

the way  in which I have used the above to give you an idea as to what I mean.


LIGHTS,- to have an awareness of what is not working, recognising your lack in confidence ,a wake up call of having to take things seriously.

CAMERA,- with the awareness you now have you are becoming more self exploratory  you begin to evaluate where your at, more composed and getting ready for the big one so you begin to prepare for whats to come.

ACTION,- this is it, now you have to take responsibility of your own life. to become empowered so being aware you  need to create a shift, you now know what has to be done.
 the light has been switched on, so you look at what needs fixing,
by having a camera moment, mean new skills, acquiring the right tools, you now understand that changes has to be made and it begins with you the only thing you can now put into place to achieve that goal is, you need to get into action.

Understanding conflict and change

Well.......    where do I begin? I think first of all the turnout  on the 29/10/13   could have been better, even though I  know we all grow at different stages, I respect that but I need you to ask yourself this.

“Do I not deserve my life to be fulfilled?”

“When am I going to stop fear getting in my way?”

These questions are quite poignant to you achieving whatever you feel you need to achieve, as usual the

Seminar was educational and thought provoking which steers you to being motivated by being given the right tools  to work with.

We explored the values and principles, being non-judgemental, trust and listening which brings about resolution.

T he 2^nd part was steps to transforming conflict which was,  

           1. Awareness of conflict

           2. Intention and willingness to resolve conflict

           3. Build trust and connection

           4. Understanding and empathy       

           5. Moving forward exploring strategies

           6. Take action

Now when you look at the above format how can you go wrong theses are tools that will definitely work if you use them in the right context, I cannot do the whole work shop for you, but this will give you an idea

Of what took place, for those of you who did not attend.

Workshop-Parents Alert 28/09/13

Hi Everyone,

WOW  WOW WOW what a day, this workshop was amazing, every time I feel that the seminar cannot get any better it just surprises me, I am blessed with such a wonerful team.

As I am supported unconditionaly which is why I am able to go ahead and accommadate who ever is able to attend the workshops. I also feel blessed on this journey of self discovery for

I embrace change and welcome knowledge. After now having had a few workshops I can clearly see the reasons why alot of people lack integrity. the seminars are always very powerful

deep and exploratory so I can empathise the fear factor, of not knowing what you are going to
discover about yourself that you were not aware of, but I can promise you one thing once you

know what it is you will never be the same again so why dont you  let fear be your driver.

                                          BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE

Dont let the fear of judgement, fear of uncertainty and the fear of failure get into your way of
living a very successful life whether it be within your relationship at home, at work family or
friends.

Parents Alert was definately an eye opener not only for me as a life coach but for all those who
attended, for it was very emotional, hearing what certain parents had to say about the

'Get Me performence which depicted how they felt about the negativity of how they are perceived wearing hoodies, underage sex and the involvement of drugs.

It was also quite refreshing to hear the young peoples point of view with that satisfaction alone
is going to enable me to continue running these workshops, even though alot of people are

still not ready to invest in there process of growth. keep on reading my blogs and when you do

Hello everyone

I said when it got closer to the next workshop you will be hearing from me again, well here I am, I just need to share with you about the amazing two weeks I have had, running my young blood

workshop which was on the 31/08/13. It was educational, heartfelt, and embracing it was in a way that I have never heard young people express themselves before, and believe me when I say I have spoken to many young people. They communicated with passion and freedom of expression. Which I welcomed in all its entirety.

Now it is your opportunity to say what is on your mind. Come and listen to what they had to say,
together let us do the right thing it is not about judgement but about change, not about who is right or wrong but about growth, and it is not about "I/We am the parents/parent so you do what I say" it is about being a family and working together.

THANKS TO ALL " YOUNG BLOOD" PARTICIPANTS

 "WOW"  where do I begin this workshop was absolutely phenomenal, young people are definately a breath of fresh air. Do you know whats wrong with today we are far too judgemental

about young people, without knowing there story, there struggles or even about where they see  themselves as part of the universe. this workshop was about identifying what really matters to them, where they were and what they needed to do, to tap into there own creativity.

to be able to discover there strengths and weaknesses in order to re-connect and that is exactly what they achieved, one of the activities was fear in a hat, which enabled every individual to annonymously write there fears, of which we discussed, there are many different fears that keeps us where we are such as.

fear of failure
fear of success
fear of dying
fear of trying
fear of others
fear of self
but no matter what the fears are once we can identify it, it can be a starting point, to move to listen notice-recognise whats holding them back. well done Young blood.
Always remember I believe in you, now I need you to believe in Yourself- You Get Me........
