hope you have been having a nice day thus far,just trying to keep up as I have not spoken to you guys in awhile no excuses just my apologies.
I need to talk to you about the workshop I had on the 27/07/13, I must say not only was it educational but alot of fun. as my previous workshops have been about confidence, in this one
we reviewed the 3 biggest myths of self confidence to the stage of how and if attitudes changed
towards them.
clarity about what exactly confidence is, also about the definition of self confidence and how had that changed with the move towards realising those goals.
It was very beneficial doing the confident fantasy experience exercise where all of you, who participated had to close your eyes and imagine you have just been given three wishes one
of which is to have full confidence, miraculously in the morning you wake and your wish is granted.
1. How do you think about those things that used to be a problem.?
2, What do you do now, that you didn't do before etc?
We also had the opportunity to watch a video of Erick Thomas thank god it's monday .

Conflict
And Dealing With Difficult People.
Hi,
I have something to share with you. What a daunting task it was setting up my first workshop. There is genuinely a lot of work involved in the preparation, which I became aware of very quickly.
The availability of a room and the preparation of it, also the material that was going to be used. The biggest one of all was the last minute cancellations. It taught me a lot about acceptance, how to manage the work involved differently, and the perseverance, and that led me to continue by going ahead with the workshop. Wonderful music was played creating an ambiance. I was also heavily supported by a group of wonderful people who helped make the day achievable. The young members of the workshop acted out a play to project conflict and difficult people in a work environment. They were absolutely amazing, received positive feedback and applause.
The script was written by a young, aspiring writer and highlighted key aspects of conflict in a work environment. The activity brought together all of those who attended and thereafter the discussion which enabled us to interact with each other on another level, by stripping ourselves down to understanding more about who we all are as individuals, and together as a group.
For those of you who missed such a wonderful opportunity, I'm going to repeat the workshop on the 26 January 2013 from 9:30-1:00pm.
